Koiuatsu's Kindness

So far in this arc, I'm having a hard time telling the Oiran apart. He wasn't sure if Koinatsu was Daki or a different character until his name was mentioned. This is not a big deal, but it can cause confusion. I wonder if anyone else had this problem. Regardless, the episode 11 shows use the other side of the entertainment district. Koinatsu's young assistants look up to her and she clearly cares for them. She presents each of them with a hirauchi kanzashi hairpin. It is a moving moment. However, the district remains an unhealthy environment with constant deaths and disappearances. A chaperone informs the Kyogoku House master that "Zenko (Zenitsu)" is missing. Daki has used fear to gain the complicity of figures such as brothel owners. If they come across her, he will kill them. Regardless, the teacher still feels guilty about his cowardice and is clearly heartbroken over the death of his wife.

I can't get over how much Inosuke's personality has changed. She has gone from being a mindless brute to a thinking brute. She is likely to be more effective this way. When he and Tanjiro discuss his situation, he explains in detail the ranking system, specifically the "Wisteria Flower Engraving". Each member has their rank inscribed on their hand. If they want to check their rank, they can say the password and flex their arm to reveal it. After candidates become members of the Demon Slayer Corp, they are given the lowest rank in the organization: Mizunoto. In total, there are ten, starting with Mizunoto: Mizunoe, Kanoto, Kanoe, Tsuchinoto, Tsuchinoe, Hinoto, Hinoe, Kinoto, and Kinoe. According to Inosuke, our trio has reached the rank of Kanoe. The Hashira are the most elitist. To reach this level, as a Demon Slayer you must "successfully kill 50 demons or a member of Twelve Kizuki like Kinoe".
